Saturday training - 29th

Training this Saturday starts at 9am, BOOTS UP BY 845am, Committee boots up by 830am. Once again, please be responsible enough to inform Wenjie/Alvan/Ivan if you're unable to make it for training.

Things to bring for training:

- your disc

- lots of water

- extra black and white shirt

NP Opens

Hi peeps.

This Saturday, 8th January 2011, is the NP Opens.
For those not playing in NP Opens, please be there to help out.
It IS COMPULSORY.
Reach by 12PM at Grandstand.
&, strictly NO SLIPPERS ON FIELD.
ALL helpers must either wear cleats/boots or covered shoes.
*edit* helpers, BRING A PEN too. Thanks.

For those playing in the Open, meet also 12PM at Grandstand.
Team A - Bring Yellow & Green
Team B - Bring Red & White
Team C - Bring White & Black

Rest well tomorrow, sleep early. I want to see everyones' A game on the field on Sat.
All out, physically & mentally.
