Hey guys! Here's the details for Saturday -

Where: Harbourfront MRT, control station.
When: 930AM
What to bring:
1. Card games, Mahjong, etc to keep yourselves entertained.
2. Extra set of clothes to change.
3. A pair of socks bcos the sand might still be hot at 4+.

The plan:
930AM - Meet at Harbourfront MRT and have breakfast. PLS DO NOT BE LATE!

After breakfast - Chilling at the place near Ivan's church, about 2 bus stops away from Vivocity.

4PM - Sentosa!

IMPT!! This is in place of training hence it's COMPULSORY. Attendance will be taken. Do let Ivan/Alfred/Dezumond know if you have to leave early or will be late with valid reason.

The friendly with NTU is confirmed, next tuesday, 27 oct 2009.

It will be at NTU at 7pm, so for those that end class at 5pm meet 5pm at cheers. We'll be leaving school latest at 5.30pm.

Those that end classes at 6, if possible maybe you guys might want to skip your classes if its not important. Or else, meet Ivan at cheers at 6pm. Let him know that you're meeting him and he'll wait for you.

Please let me know who are meeting at cheers at 5pm, and who are meeting at cheers at 6pm so that we'll know who to wait for. And also so that we can do the teamings.

Attendance is compulsory for everyone. Those that are not playing are expected to be there to support the club.

The holidays are ending, when school reopens, training will be back to kismis field from 5-8pm every monday and thursdays. Wet weather programme will be at grandstand.

Attendance has been poor. And like i said when i posted up training dates earlier, i expected everyone to be there. If you have work, try not work on mondays and thursdays. More disappointing is that most of you do not bother to inform desmond when you guys cant make it for trainings.

And so there will be a food ban being imposed on all club members. Exceptions can be made on every tuesday and saturday. But of course whether you guys want to follow or not its your own choices.
1)No spicy food.
2)Take in high carbohydrate food like pasta.
3)No high fiber food.
4)Light breakfast on the day itself like fruit juice and bread.
5)Lots of water everyday.
6)No carbonated drinks. Only soya bean or isotonic or water.
7)No fried food.

Anyone interested in designing the new jerseys can submit any of their designs to me. But making of the new jerseys will not be so soon. Might even be next semester or something.

Food Bans For Tomorrow

Hey guys, as GHS is coming in 2 days time, I hope that your can control your food intake as it is also a benefit for us to eat properly before the competition to enhance maximum performance during the games. This are the things you need to take note for the food intake:

1)No spicy food.
2)Take in high carbohydrate food like pasta.
3)No high fiber food.
4)Light breakfast on the day itself like fruit juice and bread.
5)Lots of water everyday.
6)No fried food.

Even though the carbohydrate should be 1 week before the competition, but just keep it a habit for everyone so they can perform their best even during training.

GHS players please remember to bring both white and black npu shirts on saturday, $10 and the poly ez link card. Meeting time is 7am at sengkang mrt, dont exit the mrt because we'll still have to take the lrt to the fields. And of course those that are not playing are strongly recommended to come and watch and support.

i dont know how many of you will see this, but i hope everyone will push themselves during trainings. i dont see everyone of us wanting the disc very very badly yet. its more like a 'i tried to but i couldnt get the disc. so?' attitude. trainings will get tougher, but it is for everyone of us to improve.
