Food Bans For Tomorrow
1)No spicy food. 2)Take in high carbohydrate food like pasta. 3)No high fiber food. 4)Light breakfast on the day itself like fruit juice and bread. 5)Lots of water everyday. 6)No fried food. Even though the carbohydrate should be 1 week before the competition, but just keep it a habit for everyone so they can perform their best even during training. GHS players please remember to bring both white and black npu shirts on saturday, $10 and the poly ez link card. Meeting time is 7am at sengkang mrt, dont exit the mrt because we'll still have to take the lrt to the fields. And of course those that are not playing are strongly recommended to come and watch and support. posted by NPU at
